TELSA-FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME PROPOSAL

OBJECTIVE

To provide opportunities for individuals of both genders to become qualified and experienced English language trainers and have a great, recession proof career.

TARGET GROUP

Anyone above the age of 21 yrs with a desire to learn and teach either young or adult learners and ready to be a part of the Educational Transformation of India.

1. People looking for softer careers after a hectic stint in any high pressure industry.
   
   
2. Fresh graduates/post graduates desirous of making a successful and rewarding teaching career.
   
   
3. Existing teachers looking for an upgradation in skills and domain for a rewarding career.
   
   
4. Students of vocational programmes looking for additional skills.

PROCESS

Those interested would be trained for 100 full working days or a little less(depending on the level of English language skills) to qualify as a top class trainer. The training comprises of:

1. Basic English language upgradation- up to International CEFR-level-C-1.-upto 400 hrs
   
   
2. Professional TESOL training - equivalent to British QCA TESOL framework –level -4- 160 hrs.
   
   
3. Voice and Accent Neutralization- 40 hrs-approximately.
   
   
4. Other faculty development skills - 100 hrs-approximately.

TRAINING PERIOD 100 DAYS; PROBATION PERIOD -200 DAYS BEFORE CONFIRMATION OF EMPLOYMENT…

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

All candidates trained by us have guaranteed jobs in Trax Academy to train in any one of our training centres. All jobs are of regular nature and trainers will be in the direct payrolls of the company.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

All candidates will sign a bond to serve the company for 12 Months including training period.

REMUNERATION

Candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs 7,500 /- per month during the probation period.
On confirmation, TELSA TRAINERS will earn between Rs 1.80 to 2.00 lakhs per annum and will grow depending on their performance.
